We know you’re excited to receive your jewelry, and we want to give you a clear idea of what to expect.

When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Ready-to-wear jewelry
Earrings, necklaces, chains, pendants, and other readily available pieces that do not require sizing, stone setting, or customization are typically prepared for shipment within approximately 2–5 business days after processing.

Rings & Stone-Set Jewelry
Rings and other pieces requiring stone setting or additional preparation take a little more time. Even a ring offered in its standard size may require the gemstone to be set before shipment.

Please allow approximately 5–10 additional business days for jewelry requiring sizing, stone setting, or similar preparation.

More complex pieces or multiple-stone settings may require additional time.

Once Your Jewelry Ships

Most orders arrive within approximately 2–4 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier service.

You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships. Higher-value shipments may also require a signature at delivery.

What If a Piece Is Temporarily Unavailable?

Fine-jewelry availability can occasionally change.

If an item, gemstone, or component in your order is temporarily unavailable or will take substantially longer than expected, we’ll contact you with an updated timeframe and available options.

We will never substitute a different gemstone, metal, design, or other material product characteristic without your approval.

Need Your Jewelry by a Certain Date?

If you’re purchasing for an engagement, anniversary, birthday, wedding, or another special occasion, please contact us before ordering if you have a specific date in mind.
